These terms apply to purchases made through eazymobility.co.uk. Placing an order means you accept them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ordering

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods. If we are unable to fulfil an order — for example where a product is unavailable or a price has been displayed in error — we will cancel it and refund you in full. All products are subject to availability, and product images are for illustration.

Prices, payment and VAT relief

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is taken securely at checkout by debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal; we never see or store your full card details.

Many of our products qualify for VAT relief when purchased for personal use by someone who is chronically sick or disabled. Where a product is eligible, you can claim the relief at checkout by completing the declaration and stating the reason for eligibility. By completing it you confirm the declaration is true; declarations are retained as required by HMRC. If you’re unsure whether you qualify, please contact us before ordering. Where relief does not apply, prices include VAT at the applicable rate.

Delivery

Delivery is as set out on our Delivery Information page. Delivery timescales are estimates, and occasional courier delays are outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes on receipt of full payment.

Returns and faulty goods

Your cancellation and return rights, including the hygiene-sealed product exceptions and how faults are resolved, are set out in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product information and suitability

We take care to describe our products accurately, including weight limits, dimensions and intended use — please check these before ordering. Information on this website is general guidance, not medical advice. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your needs or condition, please consult a healthcare professional before purchase. Always follow the instructions and safety information supplied with a product, including stated user weight limits.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
