Order by 3pm on a weekday and your order is picked, packed and dispatched the same day by our own team — arriving the next working day, free of charge, for mainland UK addresses. We handle all dispatch ourselves.
Ordering for the weekend? Order by 3pm on Friday and your delivery arrives on Saturday.

A few things worth knowing
- Orders after 3pm or at the weekend are dispatched the next working day.
- Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote postcodes: delivery can take a day or two longer, and any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Someone not in? The courier will follow their standard process — usually a safe place, a neighbour, or a redelivery attempt. Your tracking link keeps you updated either way.
