Overbed tables · Bed rails & sitting up · Bed pads
A table that reaches over the bed or armchair, a rail to get in and out of bed, a backrest to sit up, and washable pads that keep the mattress dry. We choose each one, keep it in stock in our Cambridgeshire warehouse and send it out the same day when you order by 3pm.
A steady surface for meals, a book or a laptop, that rolls or slides over the bed or up to the armchair. Our two best tables first; four more and a comparison further down.
One table that reaches over a bed, an armchair or a recliner. 68–105 cm, tilts to 45°, holds 30 kg. Three finishes.

Eazy Glide, with lockable wheels.
Best for rise-and-recline chairs, wheelchairs and divan beds that a normal C-frame table can't get under. The U-shaped base goes around the chair, not under it.
Waterproof · tuck-in wings · pack of two
A soft absorbent top, a waterproof backing and wings that tuck under the mattress, so it stays put all night and the mattress stays dry. Machine washable 500+ times. Two in the pack, so one is always dry.
A handle to pull up on and push up from, and a backrest for sitting up in bed.
Slides under the mattress, no tools. Fits most UK beds with a 15–40 cm mattress. Supports 136 kg.
One padded handle at mattress height, to pull up to sit and push up to stand.
Adds a second, hip-height handle to hold while standing. Best if standing up is the hard part.
Support for the back, in bed or in the chair.
Lighter tables for divan beds and low chairs, the Extra-Wide for a double bed, and all six compared.
One side of the base lies flat on the floor, so it slides under divan beds and low chairs.
The same tilting table on four locking castors, for rolling between bed and chair.
A flat base that tucks right in under the bed or chair and stays put.
A wide top with two removable side trays, for a double bed or a laptop and a meal together.

Real Amazon reviews of our overbed tables.
"I bought this after struggling to find a table that would properly go around our rise and recline chair. The wide base makes a big difference. It slides around my chair easily and sits close enough that I'm not leaning forward to work."
"Amazing value. Very sturdy. Looks really expensive. In fact it looks better than many tables more than twice the price."
"The stability is brilliant, and assembly took my daughter a few seconds. It's on wheels so it can be pulled closer to you and fits under the bed with ease."
For a normal bed or an armchair, the Glide: it reaches from 68 to 105 cm and rolls under on lockable wheels. For a rise-and-recline chair or a wheelchair, the U-Base, because its wide U-shaped base goes around the chair instead of under it. For a divan bed with no gap underneath, the Divan with two wheels, which lies flat on the floor on one side.
Measure the gap under the bed frame. The Glide and the four-wheel tables need a few centimetres of clearance for the base. If there's no gap, as with most divan beds, choose the two-wheel Divan or the no-wheel Divan, which slide in flat.
It fits most UK single, double and king beds with a mattress between 15 and 40 cm thick. The frame slides under the mattress and the handle sits beside it. No tools are needed.
The Essentials has one padded handle at mattress height for pulling up and pushing off. The Duo Handle adds a second, higher handle, so there's something to hold at hip height when standing. If standing up is the hard part, choose the Duo.
For regular use, yes. One pad replaces hundreds of disposables, the waterproof backing protects the mattress just as well, and the quilted top is softer and quieter to sleep on. Machine wash and tumble dry, no fabric softener. Keep two so one is always dry.
Order by 3pm, Monday to Friday, and we send it the same day from our own warehouse with free next-day delivery.
