The information we use

When you place an order we collect your name, address, email and phone number to process and deliver it, take payment, and meet our legal record-keeping obligations. Payments are handled securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card details. If you claim VAT relief at checkout, your declaration is kept solely to apply the correct VAT treatment and meet HMRC requirements. If you join our mailing list, we use your email to send occasional news and offers until you unsubscribe. With your consent, we also use cookies for analytics and advertising.

Sharing and retention

We share personal data only where needed to run the business: couriers (to deliver your order), our payment provider, the technology providers behind our website and order systems, Google (analytics and advertising, subject to your cookie consent), and authorities such as HMRC where the law requires. We never sell your personal information. Order and transaction records are kept for at least six years to meet tax requirements.
